Job Title Visual Merchandising Manager
Job Responsibilities Responsible for creating and maintaining a compelling presentation of merchandise that will engage customers and help stimulate sales activity.
Merchandise flow and product placement will be the primary responsibility
Execute visual presentation changes, by moving merchandise, shelving, and fixtures
Will also be changing signs, and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of fixtures, signage, lights, and equipment
Maintain awareness of potential losses due to improper display & due to keeping less moving product at prime location of display.
Responsible for communicating key information to all floor managers that is vital in the product.
Will help to train the store team about design concepts, visual display standards, and the proper maintenance of the overall visual display effort.
Innovative approach & generating new ideas of increasing sales by changing the visual presentation.
Should be able to optimum utilize the available space without compromising anything with the breathing spance.
Making a list of all the necessary ranges & setting the priorities of products to be displayed.
Any adequate / miscellaneous work assigned time to time.
Indentation of quality centric systems for customer satisfaction & retention
Evaluation of spending Vs effectiveness
Team building & coordination of various departments to achieve optimum output.
Ensure revenue generation of executed orders.
Profile of candidate Taking charge of the visual look of the showroom & its merchandise
Capabilities of executing merchandising strategies by creating and maintaining visual displays in the store windows and on the sales floor.
Responsible for creating and maintaining a compelling presentation of merchandise that will engage customers and help stimulate sales activity.
Should possess good knowledge of implementing visual presentation to increase aesthetic values of merchandise.
He/She will be responsible for maintaining the right product mix at the sales floor.
He/She needs to ensure proper utilization of lights by focusing on dominating property of the product, use decorative articles & accessories on the product.
He/She will be responsible for handling all above activities at head office showroom as well as all other showrooms (Delhi, Bangalore etc) throughout India & the new upcoming showrooms.
Self-reliant, self-motivated, and should have an ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines without supervision
Should have effective communication skills, and demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and be a role model for outstanding customer service at all times
Work Experience At least 3-4 Years Experience in a similar position preferably in any furniture organization
Qualification P.G.
Work Location Indore
Fixed Salary (CTC)

3.0 to 4.00 PA
