Job Title Visual Merchandising Manager Job Responsibilities Responsible for creating and maintaining a compelling presentation of merchandise that will engage customers and help stimulate sales activity. Merchandise flow and product placement will be the primary responsibility Execute visual presentation changes, by moving merchandise, shelving, and fixtures Will also be changing signs, and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of fixtures, signage, lights, and equipment Maintain awareness of potential losses due to improper display & due to keeping less moving product at prime location of display. Responsible for communicating key information to all floor managers that is vital in the product. Will help to train the store team about design concepts, visual display standards, and the proper maintenance of the overall visual display effort.
